Is it easy to use Learning Connect training?

Yes, very. We have designed everything about Learning management services (LMS) to be as easy as possible.

Can I use a mobile 'phone or tablet?

Learning Connect is designed to satisfy mobile learning, which means as well as using a fixed computer or laptop you can also access training from mobile 'phones, tablets, iPads and similar.

Why should I use Learning Connect training?

There are many reasons, for example, the amazing quality and integrity of our training resources, their flexibility, their ease of access, their standards-satisfying content, pricing that you just can't beat! We believe, this offers you everything you're looking for.

It sounds great, how soon can I start using Learning Connect LMS?

Once Card Payment authorise, your account will set up automatically and customise the choose courses within maximum couple of hour!

I haven't received an e-mail confirming my Account has been set up.

Check your e-mail spam box, it's probably in there. It is a good idea to make sure your spam filter allows e-mails from Learning Connect.

What time of the day can I access Learning Connect LMS?

Any time you like that suits you, 24 hours, 7 days a week, every day of the year.

Can I only buy one type of course at a time?

This is a major advantage of buying number of users. You can decide which of your staff are going to do which course, when you would like them to do it because you have left your options open for when you need to deliver training.

How much will using Learning Connect LMS cost?

Any course £6 Only.

Can more than one-person train per training session?

You can train as many people at any one time as you like, it depends upon how many internet computers you have access to at any one time.

How long will a course take?

That depends upon the learner and the type of course. Some subjects may only take an hour, others longer.

Will I have to take a test?

Increasingly, inspectors are looking for training certificates and changes in vocational qualifications make certificates, like Learning Connect training certificates, even more important. Therefore, testing is an important part of learning and evidencing learning. Learning Connect LMS testing is very straight forward and working through a course results in an automatic certificate at the end of the course.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes. Certificates are generated automatically at the end of a course, FREE!

How long does it take to get my training certificate?

Seconds. Once you pass your exam, you can get access to your certificate online.

What if I fail?

If you fail, you have unlimited attempts to give exam. There is some certainty percentage. Once you hit that percentage, you will pass the exam Right answer for upper-mentioned question - - Online assessment is taken on completion of the training material. You will be asked multiple choice questions with a pass mark of 80%. The answers are marked automatically so you will instantly know whether you have passed. If you don't pass don't worry! You can take the test as many times as you need. Although you need to purchase the same course again when you used all ten (10) attempts.

What does it cost to re-take a course?

If you complete a course and the training certificate has been generated, it will free to go through with presentation or correspondence material. you can rewind, stop, start or pause the ppt/video as often as you like FREE!

How often do I have to re-take a course?

That depends upon the type of course, national guidelines, legal requirements and the expectations of your Inspectorate. There is no one simple answer to this question. However, refresher training with Learning Connect training is immediately accessible, standards compliant and very affordable.

What if I cannot pay by credit or debit card?

We can arrange for an invoice payment. Other than this, payment must be authorised online via a suitable credit, debit card or PayPal.

How do I get a receipt for my payment?

When your payment is authorised, you will receive an e-mail to tell you it has been authorised.

How soon must I use up the licences I have bought?

There is no expiry date on course licence. Once a licence has been bought it can be allocated at any time. However, should the licence have been allocated to the delegate, each learner then has 12 months to complete the course.In other words, unallocated licence has no expiry date. If for example you ordered 500 licences, and allocated 400 courses in year 1, you would have 100 licences left to allocate in year 2.

What is In-Housetraining?

In-Housetraining is when Learning Connect trainer comes to your own premises to teach a group of your staff, or a course is held exclusively for your staff or group at a local venue.

Can individuals attend the training courses with Learning Connect?

Yes, you can book as a private individual on any of our In-House courses. If you have any questions email at the provided address.

When can training be delivered?

In-Housetraining is provided at your convenience or at Learning Connect venue. Courses can be run during the day, in the evenings or at weekends. Furthermore, each course can be delivered in single or multiple sessions.

Is all In-House training customised?

The most obvious benefit of our In-House training is that it can be specifically tailored. We design bespoke courses to meet your precise needs. Or you can choose from an extensive list of existing seminars and workshops.

Are training course materials provided?

Yes, Learning Connect will make online account on learning management system (LMS), every delegate will receive a training course material online which delegates can access online 24/7 for 9 months.

Are you able to come and meet us to talk through our requirements?

Yes, no problem. We are happy to come and have a meeting to discuss your requirements!

I am concerned that some delegates may not wish to share personal experiences relating tostress/wellbeing etc.

Very careful ground rules are set for each group during introductions and objective setting at the beginning of the day. This allows for individuals to feel comfortable to add their experiences to the group, but it is also to ensure that delegate input is appropriate to the discussions, and comfortable for them it is completely up to each delegate what they choose to divulge throughout the day.

How much does it cost?

Charges are calculated in accordance with the number of delegates, the location of the course and other variables in accordance with special requests. If you have any questions, contact the training team via email (provided email address) for a free and accurate quotation.

What is the typical cost per delegate?

This is variable. For In-House training we charge per course, and we stipulate the maximum number of candidates that can be accommodated on the course. If your numbers fall short of the maximum, we will still provide your training, and you will have an opportunity to sell the excess capacity to neighbouring organisations.

Do you have a training budget?

Learning Connect are increasingly sourced to provide a block of training to organisations. We can adapt our programmes to meet your local need, and invoice when it is most convenient for you, either before or after the training is delivered. Not only does this allow you to provide quality training across your trust to address your staff's specific needs, but you can also ensure that all training is delivered to the same high standard. This means you can spend your training budget wisely.

If I'm private individual, how do I pay for my training?

If you are a private individual, we require advanced payment to confirm bookings on public courses. If you are booking a course through your company, we are happy to accept purchase orders sent through along with your booking form. Payments can be made by bank transfer, cheque or debit/credit card. Please note that card payments will incur a 2.5% surcharge on top of the course fee.

Can I cancel a course I've booked?

Yes, you can, but depending on how long it is until the course is due to take place, a fee may be incurred. Please see the cancellation and transfer of terms & condition

Can I substitute someone in my place?

Usually it is possible to send a substitute delegate in your place, but it is your responsibility to ensure that they meet any pre-requisites for the training course. If you think you are going to have a problem attending a course you have booked, please contact us as soon as possible, in writing via e-mail, and we will be happy to let you know your options.
