I purchased the course at Learning Connect but failed the exam and used all the attempts; how can I retake the exam?

Step 1: Log in

Go to the login Page and Log in with your registered email address - https://www.learningconnect.co.uk/Home 

Step 2: Access "My Courses"

Once logged in, click on the "My Courses" section to view the courses you've purchased.

Step 3: Check Available Attempts

If you still have attempts remaining, you can click on the respective course and begin the exam. Simply locate the course you wish to take the exam for and click on it to start. 

If No Attempts Remaining:

If you've used up all your attempts, you'll need to consider purchasing the course again. Contact Learning Connect support for assistance in this regard. 

For Company- Individuals: 

Step 1: Log in

Go to the login Page and Log in with your registered email address -? https://www.learningconnect.co.uk/Home 

Step 2: Navigate to "My Courses" 

Click on the "My Courses" section to view the courses assigned to you by your company.

Step 3: Check Attempt Status

Review your attempt history for the course in question. If all attempts have been used up, it's time to seek further guidance. 

Step 4: Consult with Your Manager

If you've used up all your attempts for a particular course, the next step is to request to assign a course from your manager.
